ABOUT THE POSITIONResponsible for working with the Facilities leadership with planning, developing and monitoring activities for Facilities that support the Credit Union mission and function.
Prepare reports, research, identify and recommend potential suppliers.
This position provides support to the Facilities team in the areas of space planning, work order maintenance and reporting and maintenance occupancy information in all Credit Union buildings.
NORMAL DAY-TO-DAY WORK Provide support in facilities management methodology and practices including site maintenance, physical security, health and safety, space planning, environmental stability and other work environment priorities.
Create and track work requests in an automated database.
Collect and quantify detailed facility information at each location; identify immediate replacement and repair actions and perform all preventive and restorative maintenance of all building surfaces.
Perform basic repairs of plumbing and electrical equipment and performs associated preventive maintenance.
Collect and support staff and tenant inquiries in an expeditious manner, enforce and update building standards as outlined at each respective facility, identify facility and control system deficiencies, and recommend upgrades to enhance equipment reliability, overall safety and security for the Credit Union.
Responsible for managing daily facility operations, maintenance and repair actions on equipment, systems and grounds throughout our facilities.
In coordination with Facilities Manager and Risk Management, assist in maintaining up-to-date Emergency Procedures and business continuity documents; assist with Emergency Notification System tests, registrations and records.
Assist with onboarding new staff in relation to facilities access, space planning and coordinate with HR on any special requirements.
Operate facilities personnel Access Control Systems (ACS) and facility personnel identification and badge systems.
Conduct periodic building inspections under the direction of the Facilities team for condition, health, safety and security deficiencies.
Work with tenants for routine and non-routine support of common facilities related matters.
Manage the Credit Union fleet, including assessing fleet updates, maintenance and replacement needs.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS Here are a few qualifications you MUST have to be qualified for this position.
Minimum 1-3 years' experience in facilities management and supporting various facilities related areas.
Knowledge of federal, state and local laws governing commercial construction, building codes, maintenance, including OSHA, BOCA, NFC, ADA and related areas.
Must be able to be on-call as needed, 24/7.
PC proficient including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook) and the Internet.
Ability to function in a Consumer business office environment and utilize standard office equipment including but not limited to:
PC, copier, telephone, etc.
Ability to lift a minimum of 75 lbs.
(file boxes, computer printer).
Up to 50% in-state travel required, which includes overnights and weekends.
Here are a few qualifications we'd LIKE for you to have.
BA/BS in business, project management, engineering or construction management or related field.
OSHA 30 Certified.
Certified Facility Manager (CFM), Certified Maintenance Reliability Professional, and or Energy Professional designation.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
