Your responsibilities will include:
Monitoring and answering Phone, text and Email communications from patients Planning and reviewing patient schedules Building valuable Relationships with New and Existing Patients Presenting Treatment Plans and Finances Collecting Copayments Supporting patients with questions regarding treatment needs and finances Contribute to end-of-day closing procedures alongside the Manager Enter patient demographics for new and existing patients Verifying Insurance with support of automated software Why choose us?
